The owner was super easy to get into contact with, and would answer like he was your best friend but professional making the whole experience more relaxing and exciting knowing your money was well spent. The hoodie feels soft inside, and the outside doesn’t look or deal cheap either. it’s creative and really 1 of 1, making it feel like a more premium experience. Even the packaging it comes in is high quality’s. it was well folded, with a nice thank you card and sticker. the only suggestion i would have is a nicer tag in the inside, and a shirt or t shirt to go with the holes in the hoodie, or stitch it in there. but j like he creative and the effort in this product. it’s worth the money.
